Kyle is a corporate attorney, focusing on Delaware transactional matters involving corporate governance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
He counsels corporations, directors, officers, and stockholders on fiduciary duty, corporate governance, and transactional issues arising under Delaware statutory and common law. In his practice, Kyle drafts legal opinions and memoranda on a range of corporate issues. He is also involved in M&A transactions and other business combinations concerning both corporations and alternative entities.
In 2018 and 2019, Kyle attended the American College of Governance Counsel Masters Class. This invitation-only program for lawyers in the governance field features presentations by ACGC Fellows on governance in action topics. He was also included in the inaugural edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in corporate governance and compliance, corporate, and M&A law.
In law school, Kyle served on the editorial board of the Villanova Law Review and gained valuable experience as an extern to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
