Kyle provides Delaware law advice on matters of corporate governance and transactions involving publicly traded, as well as privately held, corporations.
He counsels corporations, directors, officers, and stockholders on fiduciary duty, corporate governance, and transactional issues arising under Delaware law. In his practice, Kyle drafts legal opinions and memoranda on a range of corporate issues. He advises clients in connection with M&A transactions, financing transactions, initial public offerings, restructurings, dissolutions and statutory ratifications of defective corporate acts.
Kyle has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in corporate governance and compliance, corporate, and mergers & acquisitions law, and is a contributor to the Wolters Kluwer treatises Mergers, Acquisitions, and Buyouts and Structuring Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Entrepreneurial Transactions.
