UNC Dan K. Moore Program in Ethics
The University of North Carolina School of Law hosts the 2025 Dan K. Moore Program in Ethics on November 14, 2025. The program, titled “Sea Changes in Business Law,” features experienced practitioners, in-house counsel, and thought leaders to discuss current topics in AI and legal practice, Delaware’s statutory changes, and top ethics issues for corporate and in-house attorneys.
Morris Nichols corporate counseling partner Kyle Pinder serves as a panelist in the session “Corporate Charter Competition & Delaware’s Statutory Changes,” taking place from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm ET. The discussion focuses on recent changes to Delaware corporate law and the unique role of the Delaware Court of Chancery and its caselaw.
