ABA Business Law Section Fall Meeting 2025

The American Bar Association Business Law Section hosts its fall meeting in Toronto from September 18-20, 2025. The program highlights emerging trends and innovations shaping business law, featuring more than 50 CLE sessions.

Morris Nichols corporate counseling partner Kyle Pinder speaks in the CLE program “A Sea Change for Transactions Involving Controlling Stockholders: New Delaware Law Section 144.” Panelists will discuss recent changes to Section 144 of the Delaware General Corporation Law (DGCL), including jurisprudence to date and application to transactions and conflicts involving controlling stockholders. The panel, presented by the Private Equity and Venture Capital section, is scheduled on Friday, September 19 from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. ET.
