The annual guide to the world’s leading patent professionals also recognizes the skilled Morris Nichols IP roster, ranking all eight partners among IAM’s leading Delaware patent litigation individuals. IAM editors highlight that the group “currently serves as either lead or co-counsel in more than a third of IP cases pending in the district.”
