Jeremy is an IP litigation partner. He serves as Practice Group Coordinator of Morris Nichols’ Intellectual Property Litigation Group.
Jeremy’s practice focuses on patent infringement disputes before the Delaware District Court. Acting as lead or Delaware counsel to clients from a variety of industries, his work tends to concentrate on pharmaceuticals, software, and networking technology.
His significant experience includes bench and jury trials, appeals, and virtual proceedings in patent and trademark cases.
He has been ranked as a leading Delaware patent litigator by various research publications, including Chambers USA, IAM Patent 1000, Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars, The Best Lawyers in America, and Delaware Super Lawyers.
Jeremy is immediate past-president of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has led the organizing committee for the biannual District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference.
