Jeremy is a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice and serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee. He represents clients as lead or Delaware counsel in litigation in the District of Delaware in a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, software, and networking technology.
He has served as lead counsel for Recro, Alkermes, Elan, Solenis, Netflix, Versata, and others in patent and trademark cases. In 2013, Jeremy completed the Federal Trial Practice Seminar, sponsored by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Federal Bar Association. Prior to law school, Jeremy worked for the investigatory arm of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
He has been ranked by Chambers USA among leading Delaware practitioners in the Intellectual Property area, selected as a IAM Patent 1000 leading Delaware patent litigator, selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, and recognized as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers.
