Ali’s practice focuses on complex business disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court.
She has extensive experience working on a variety of corporate and commercial issues, including litigation involving mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, shareholder demands, employee non-compete and non-solicitation obligations, breach of contract, and appraisal demands.
Her corporate and commercial litigation experience also spans the Delaware Superior Court and US District Court for the District Delaware.
Ali has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her work in commercial litigation and corporate law. She was also recognized in Delaware Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for business litigation.
Ali also devotes a portion of her time to pro bono matters, including representation of victims of domestic abuse and mortgage fraud, and a victory in a custody trial.
In law school, she served as an editor of the Penn State Law Review. She served as secretary of the Women’s Law Caucus and law school representative to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division.
