2022 ABA Business Law Section Meeting

Three Morris Nichols partners will participate in the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Spring meeting as committee leaders and speakers. The meeting will be the ABA’s first-ever hybrid event, running from March 31-April 2.

Patricia Vella serves as Vice Chair of the M&A Committee.

On Thursday, March 31 at 10am, Tarik Haskins speaks at the CLE program, “Global Financial Collateral -- A Guide to Security Interests in Securities, Securities Accounts and Deposit Accounts in International Transactions” presented by the Uniform Commercial Code committee. The sessions will feature contributors to the ABA book by the same name.

On Friday morning, April 1 at 10am, Lou Hering co-presents the Delaware Case Law Update on behalf of the LLCs, Partnership and Unincorporated Entities Committee.
