Delaware Bankruptcy Court Approves Global Settlement in Nuvo Group Chapter 11 Case

Morris Nichols served as Delaware bankruptcy co-counsel to Nuvo Group USA, Inc., a publicly traded pregnancy-focused medical device company, in its chapter 11 proceedings before the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. In August 2026, the Delaware Bankruptcy Court approved a comprehensive global settlement. Subject to approval by the Israeli court later in 2026, the settlement will resolve issues pending in both the United States and Israel.

Morris Nichols played a key role in navigating a section 363 asset sale and complex cross-border issues involving Nuvo’s Israeli affiliate, including litigation related to parallel insolvency proceedings in Israel.
