Brianna is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.
With a focus on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, her experience includes both debtor and creditor representations in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, as well as bankruptcy appeals in District Court.
She works with clients and co-counsel on reorganization cases involving a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, real estate management, telecommunications, and healthcare. Recently, Brianna has been a member of the team representing the debtors in the chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Big Lots, Inc.; Royal Interco, LLC; and Corvias Campus Living – USG, LLC.
Brianna also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on family law matters, including child custody, child support, and protection-from-abuse proceedings.
During law school, Brianna gained experience as a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Collins J. Seitz Jr. of the Supreme Court of Delaware and as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Janell S. Ostroski of the State of Delaware Family Court. She was the salutatorian of her law school graduating class and was awarded the 2024 Alford Excellence Award by the Multicultural Judges and Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
