Apoorva R. Gokare

Apoorva is an associate with the Corporate Counseling Group.

Her practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.

In law school, Apoorva was a research assistant to a legal research and legal writing professor. She served as the International Student Representative of the Iowa Student Bar Association and Co-president of the South Asian Law Student Association. She also participated in the Organization of Women Law Students and Staff; and the College of Law Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

She gained legal experience during an internship at an Atlanta-based law firm and has worked on compliance and corporate governance areas during her law school in India She is also qualified to practice law in India.
