Forty Years of South Asian Lawyers in the Delaware Bar

Recently, the South Asian Bar Association of Delaware (SABA - Delaware) celebrated 40 years of South Asian attorneys in the Delaware Bar.

Morris Nichols attorney Apoorva Gokare authored a commemorative article featuring pioneering South Asian lawyers in Delaware in the June 2025 issue of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Bar Journal. “The story of South Asian lawyers in Delaware’s legal community is one of growth, resilience, and meaningful contributions. Though only 40 years old, it is a narrative filled with milestones that will have a lasting impact on the state’s legal landscape.”
