2025 District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference

The US District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association hosts its Bench & Bar Conference from September 25-26, 2025 in Wilmington, Delaware. The biennial program features a lineup of speakers and panels that includes judges, leading practitioners, and in-house counsel.

Morris Nichols intellectual property litigator Brian Egan moderates a breakout session titled, “IP: ANDA Litigation – Current Trends and Outlook.” The discussion will feature district court judges and leading intellectual property practitioners examining the current landscape of Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigation and exploring anticipated developments in the field. The panel is scheduled for 12:00 pm on Friday, September 26 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront Ballroom.

Michael Flynn, a member of the intellectual property litigation group, serves on the board of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Fellow group members Anthony Raucci and Cameron Clark, together with Curtis Miller and Matt Harvey from the bankruptcy & restructuring group, are helping organize the upcoming Bench & Bar Conference as part of the planning committee.
