Law360 Interviews New Morris Nichols Chair Bill Lafferty

Bill Lafferty recently took the helm of Morris Nichols as chair of the firm’s executive committee. He spoke with Law360 about what the leadership role means to him, responding to the coronavirus pandemic, and initiatives to continue the firm’s success.

“As we settle into 2021, we will strive to maintain connections despite remote circumstances,” Bill told Law360. “I am amazed and proud of how well our firm and the Delaware courts have adjusted, remaining nimble as we’ve responded to an influx of bankruptcy work, increases in Chancery [Court] and IP litigation, and adapting to other remote demands.”
