Georgia Campus Housing Operator Commences Ch. 11 Process to Restructure

Morris Nichols is lead debtors’ counsel to student housing operator Corvias Campus Living – USG, LLC (CCL USG) in its Chapter 11 case filed in Delaware on June 25, 2025.

The action commences a process to restructure an unsustainable student housing program that is part of a public-private partnership with the University System of Georgia (“USG”).
