
Trevor York
Trevor is an associate with the Commercial Law Counseling group.
His practice focuses on partnership, limited liability company and statutory trust law, as well as administrative law, government entities and regulation, and unclaimed property.
Trevor also devotes his time to pro bono matters, working with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services to help individuals with their estate planning.
Prior to pursuing his law degree, Trevor served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, leading two divisions of sailors as a Fire Control Officer and as a Gunnery Officer. During his time in the US Navy, he also served as a Search and Rescue Swimmer.
In law school, Trevor was a staff member of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and an active member of the Military and Veterans Law Society. He gained valuable experience as an intern to the Honorable Stephen R. McCullough of the Supreme Court of Virginia and completed an internship with the Office of the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney in Virginia.
