Justice Matters: The Business Case for Delaware's Legal Aid Agencies

On November 12, 2025, the Delaware Combined Campaign for Justice (CCJ) premiered a new video emphasizing the essential role of legal aid in the community.

The video includes appearances by Morris Nichols attorneys Bill Lafferty and Trevor York, along with other Delaware lawyers who share personal reflections on the value of pro bono work and the support provided by legal aid organizations.

"It means a lot to every individual that you help. Win, lose, or draw, that they feel like they've been treated fairly—and to me, that's critical," said Bill Lafferty, who served as a former CCJ chair.
