PLI Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2023

On September 20, 2023, the Practicing Law Institute hosts its annual day-long hybrid conference discussing Hot Topics in M&A. The conference will be held in-person in New York City and via live webcast featuring insights from professionals in the M&A industry, including lawyers, general counsels, regulators, and investment bankers.

Morris Nichols partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky will speak on the panel, “Overview of Hostile M&A and Deal Protections.” The session will cover the drivers and key hallmarks of hostile M&A, cutting-edge deal protection and defense strategies and tactics, and key takeaways/updates in Delaware law, including a discussion on the MindBody decision.
