Connecticut Bar Association’s 2023 Delaware Business Law Update 

Patricia Vella and David Harris will present their “Delaware Business Law Annual Update” to the Connecticut Bar Association’s Business Law Section. The update will provide an overview of recent statutory changes and caselaw developments relevant to corporate, LLC and partnership attorneys.

Developments in Delaware corporate and other entity laws are significant to business lawyers across the United States because of the large number of corporations and other entities formed under Delaware law.
