Delaware Court of Chancery Rules for MitEnergy in Dissolution Dispute

On June 23, 2026, the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled in favor of intervenor MEPUS Holdings LLC, ending a challenge to the dissolution of cancelled company MitEnergy Upstream LLC which was brought by PXP Producing Company LLC. The court granted judgment on the pleadings against PXP and denied PXP’s competing motion, leaving PXP’s claims dismissed.
