Zach Haupt Accepted into the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Wilmington, DE (June 19, 2019) -Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP associate J. Zachary Haupt has been accepted into the inaugural class of the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Zach is one of 38 individuals selected from nominees located in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC. His practice focuses on advising individuals, institutional fiduciaries, private wealth managers, and their counsel on matters involving Delaware trusts and estates.

Zach earned his LL.M. (2016) in taxation with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, J.D. (2009) magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law; and B.S. (2001) in finance and management from the University of Delaware.

The Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the United States.

The institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program begins in September 2019 and concludes in April 2020. For more information, visit www.midatlanticfellowsinstitute.org.
