Morris Nichols Associates Admitted to Practice in Delaware
Wilmington, DE (December 14, 2016) - Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP is pleased to announce nine attorneys were sworn-in to the Delaware bar on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.

- Thomas J. Cheeseman joins the Delaware Corporate Counseling group. Thomas earned his J.D. (2016) from Vanderbilt University Law School; and B.A. (2012) in economics, with minors in mathematics and history from Hamilton College.
- Coleen W. Hill joins the Corporate & Business Litigation group. Coleen earned her J.D. (2016) cum laude from Villanova University School of Law; and B.S. (2013) summa cum laude in animal science from Southern Illinois University.
- Steven D. Melzer joins the Commercial Law Counseling group. Steven earned his J.D. (2016) magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School; and B.A. (2013) summa cum laude in political science - law and justice from North Carolina State University.

- Donald W. Van Buren, Jr. joins the Delaware Corporate Counseling group. Don earned his J.D. (2016) summa cum laude, Order of the Coif from Villanova University School of Law; and B.S. (2013) with highest distinction in management information systems, with a minor in legal environment of business from The Pennsylvania State University.
In addition to this news, attorney Andrew Roth-Moore joined Morris Nichols as an associate after completing a judicial clerkship and Michele La Rosa rejoined the firm. Both were previously admitted to the Delaware bar.
- Andrew J. Roth-Moore joins the Business Reorganization & Restructuring group. Prior to joining Morris Nichols, he served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Laurie S. Silverstein, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Andrew earned his LL.M. (2013) in bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law; J.D. (2012) from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law; and B.S. (2008) in business finance from the University of Colorado.
- Michele L. La Rosa rejoins the Commercial Law Counseling group. Michele earned her J.D. (2005) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School; certificate in business and public policy (2005) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; and B.A. (2001) economics from Haverford College.
