Building on Nearly a Century in Wilmington, Morris Nichols Announces 12-Year Lease Extension
Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP today announced it has extended its lease at 1201 North Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware through 2040.
Founded in 1930, Morris Nichols has been headquartered in Wilmington since its inception. The firm has been located at 1201 North Market since 1989.

As part of the lease extension negotiated by Tactix Real Estate Advisors, Morris Nichols will undertake a multi-year renovation of its offices. The firm will continue to occupy 82,549 square feet across the entire 16th through 19th floors.
