Rachel is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.
She represents national and regional clients in corporate and commercial cases before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Superior Court of Delaware, and the US District Court for the District of Delaware. Her litigation work often involves M&A transactions, employee non-compete and non-solicitation obligations, breach of contract, and fiduciary duty disputes.
She has been recognized in Delaware Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for business litigation.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, including a victory in a visitation trial and an undue influence trial as well as a settlement in a debt action.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Rachel gained valuable experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Abigail LeGrow of the Superior Court of Delaware, now Justice LeGrow of the Delaware Supreme Court, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Henry Van Eck of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
While in law school, Rachel served as comments editor of the Dickinson Law Review and as a teaching assistant for legal writing courses. She also competed in the 1L Mock Trial Championship, where she was awarded first place. At law school graduation, she was honored to be voted by her peers to serve as the JD Commencement Speaker.
