Olivia A. Giannetta

Olivia is an associate with the Intellectual Property Litigation practice.

Her practice focuses on patent, copyright, and trademark cases encompassing many areas of technology.

During law school, Olivia gained valuable experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She also served as a staff member for the William & Mary Law Review.
