Miranda’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes before the Delaware state and federal courts.
She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial cases before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Superior Court of Delaware. Her litigation work often involves post-closing disputes, fiduciary duty and breach of contract claims, merger and acquisition challenges, and books and records demands.
During law school, she served on the editorial team of the William & Mary Business Law Review and gained experience as a judicial extern at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
