Hashim Elwazir

Hashim is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.

His practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.

Before joining Morris Nichols, Hashim served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Prior to his clerkship in Delaware, Hashim practiced in Texas at a multinational law firm where he focused on commercial transactions.

In law school, Hashim served as the executive articles editor for the North Carolina Law Review. He also spent a semester working at the Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch.
