Emily is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.
She represents national and regional clients.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, she gained valuable experience as a judicial intern in both the US Court of Federal Claims and the Superior Court of Delaware.
In law school, Emily participated in George Washington University Law School’s Law Association of Women, Moot Court Board, Alternative Dispute and Resolution Board, and the Corporate & Business Law Society. She also served on the Public Contract Law Journal editorial team and was recognized as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. She was a Pro Bono Achievement Award recipient and received an Excellence in Oral Advocacy award.
During law school, she volunteered as co-head of DC Justice Lab’s Legislative Committee focused on criminal justice reform research. She has also volunteered with the Family Law Pro Bono Project, Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project, and the ACLU of Delaware.
