Elizabeth is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.
Liz has significant trial experience, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery, including matters involving post-closing disputes, fiduciary duty claims, mergers and acquisitions, and breaches of contract.
She has extensive experience with expedited cases, including shareholder demands, advancement and indemnification disputes, and validation of corporate acts. She also practices in Delaware Superior Court and the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
Liz devotes a portion of her time to pro bono matters.
While in law school, she served on the editorial team of the Villanova Law Review and earned her MBA.
