He represents national and regional clients.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Alex served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Karen L. Valihura of the Delaware Supreme Court.
While in law school, he was editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law and he contributed to the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He also participated in the McBaine Moot Court Competition.
As a freelance commentary writer, he has authored financial and investment articles on stocks and bonds.
