Society Roundtable on Governing Documents

Morris Nichols attorney Patricia Vella joins the Society for Corporate Governance’s Northern California, Nevada & Hawaii Chapter for their monthly Roundtable Series.

The chapter’s October roundtable will focus on governing documents, exploring companies’ amendments to governing documents in response to recent Delaware, SEC, and California developments.
