PLI’s Doing Deals 2023: The Art of M&A Transactional Practice

The Practising Law Institute will host their full-day program on “The Art of M&A Transactional Practice” on March 1, 2023. The event will center on developments in deal making, including the hostile deals, creative deal structures, shareholder activist campaigns, and developments in Delaware M&A jurisprudence.

Morris Nichols corporate counseling partner Melissa DiVincenzo will speak on the panel, “The Art of Deal Structuring.” Melissa and her co-panelists will cover the following:

• Choose a structure (merger, stock purchase, asset sale)
• Understand the tender offer – benefits and traps for the unwary
• Know the dos and don’ts when doing a cross-border M&A deal
