Mergers & Acquisitions 2020: Advanced Trends and Developments

The Practising Law Institute will hold its annual two-day conference on mergers and acquisitions live in New York City and via webcast from January 9 to 10, 2020.

Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella returns as faculty and will moderate the session “Advising a Special Committee in Mergers & Acquisitions.” Panelists will ask if a special committee is always necessary when there’s a perceived conflict; explore vetting the independence of committee members; and discuss selecting the best advisors, establishing a good M&A process, and post-signing use of special committees.
