Corporate Governance - A Master Class 2020

The Practising Law Institute hosts a day-long master class on corporate governance on March 6, 2020 in New York City. Morris Nichols partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky serves as faculty and presents in the afternoon session, “Director Oversight Duties: Marching to Marchand.”

This three-part program will focus on:

  • Recap of the Marchand case
  • Recent case law applying Marchand
  • How Marchand may be changing board practices (identifying critical risks; use of committees; management reporting mechanisms and protocols; documenting oversight)
