The Practising Law Institute hosts their Delaware Law Developments program on May 26, 2022 in-person and via live webcast. The program will examine the latest case law and practical trends. Insights from leading Delaware corporate law experts from the judiciary, law firms, corporations, and academia will be featured.

Morris Nichols partners Patricia Vella and Tarik Haskins serve as program faculty.

In the morning, Patricia will speak in the session, “Transactional Lessons.” Discussion topics include lessons in drafting acquisition agreements based on recent busted deal cases, developments pertaining to “sandbagging,” and transactional lessons relating to SPACs.

In the afternoon, Tarik Haskins serves as a co-panelist in the session, “Lawyer Conduct Before Delaware Trial Courts, in the Transactional Context, and Beyond.”
