2012 SEC Hot Topics Institute

Patricia O. Vella, Morris Nichols Delaware Corporate Law Counseling Group Special Counsel, will serve on the panel M&A Update 2012 at RR Donnelley’s annual SEC Hot Topics Institute, May 17, 2012, at the IDS Center in Minneapolis.

The panel will cover M&A market trends, recent Delaware law developments, prevailing deal terms, and regulatory matters and other factors affecting deal timing and risk.
