The Boston Bar Association hosts its 3rd Annual Mergers & Acquisitions Conference on November 1, 2016 in Boston, Mass. The event brings together attorneys from private practice and in-house legal departments to discuss the latest developments in M&A. Morris Nichols partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky joins Chief Justice Leo E. Strine Jr. as a panelist in the opening conference session on “Recent Developments in Delaware Law.”
