ABA Litigation Section: Developments in Small Business Reorganizations under Subchapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code

The ABA Section of Litigation’s Bankruptcy & Insolvency Litigation Committee hosts a virtual program, “Developments in Small Business Reorganizations under Subchapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code” on February 8, 2024. A panel will discuss significant case law developments such as, including eligibility, dismissal, or conversion, 363 sales, and confirmation issues.

Morris Nichols bankruptcy and restructuring partner Curtis Miller will serve as a program coordinator. He is a former co-chair of the ABA Bankruptcy & Insolvency Litigation Committee.
