From October 5-6, 2023, Northwestern Pritzker School of Law hosts their annual “Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute” in Chicago. The conference will feature analysis of current securities and corporate law developments confronting publicly and privately held corporations.

Morris Nichols partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky will speak on the panel, “Fiduciary Duties: What’s Old is New Again” on Thursday, October 5. The session will discuss developments in duties of officers, officer exculpation, board oversight of risk and Delaware caselaw.
