38th Tulane Corporate Law Institute

Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty serves as a co-chair of Tulane University Law School's 38^th Annual Corporate Law Institute, taking place March 19-20, 2026, in New Orleans, LA. He will also moderate the Delaware Developments panel on March 19 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm CT.

The conference brings together M&A and securities practitioners, senior corporate counsel, and members of the Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery to examine the most pressing issues in corporate law today. Attendees may participate in person or via remote livestream.
