35th Tulane Corporate Law Institute

Tulane University Law School hosts its premier M&A, corporate and securities law conference, the 35th Annual Corporate Law Institute, from March 23 to 24, 2023.

Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty serves as a conference co-chair and Tarik Haskins serves as a conference speaker. On March 23, Bill will speak on the panel, “Delaware Developments” and Tarik will speak on the panel, “Dealing and Dealmaking with Alternative Entities.”
