Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty serves as co-chair of Tulane University Law School’s 33rd Annual Corporate Law Institute. Distinguished as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences, the 2021 program will be held March 11 to 12, 2021 as a virtual conference.

Bill will join the conference opening remarks and speak in a two-part panel discussion on “Delaware Developments” covering Section 220, derivative actions, special litigation committees, appraisal, and litigating cases in Delaware during a pandemic.

Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella serves as panelist in the Thursday, March 11 session, “Corporate Governance, ESG and Corporate Purpose.” Speakers will discuss corporate governance issues, ESG on the corporate agenda and disclosure, Public Benefit Corporations, board diversity and corporate purpose debate.
