21st Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds

The International Bar Association will host the annual private investment fund conference from March 12-14, 2023, in London. The interactive event attracts top legal, business and fund professionals from around the world.

Morris Nichols partner Lou Hering will speak in the March 13 session, “Fiduciary standards applicable to investment managers.” The panel will focus on the various and overlapping fiduciary standards that apply to fund managers. In addition, the discussion will explore the various elements of the fiduciary standards in multiple jurisdictions and the potential implications on the business and operations of fund managers.
