2025 FCBA Bench and Bar Conference

The Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA)® presents the 2025 Bench and Bar® Conference at the Meritage Resort in Napa Valley, California, from Wednesday, June 18 to Saturday, June 21, 2025. This premier event offers both in-person and virtual access to expert panels, a mock argument session, and unique networking opportunities with judges, practitioners, and policymakers.

On Thursday morning, June 19, Morris Nichols IP litigator Jennifer Ying co-moderates a distinguished panel including US federal judges as they examine bench trials and discuss effective strategies for presenting complex technical arguments to judicial fact finders.
