2024 ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting

The American Bar Association hosts their hybrid Business Law Section Meeting from September 12-14 in San Diego.

Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella is the vice chair of the M&A Committee. On September 14, she joins a panel discuss on 2024 DGCL amendments at the M&A Committee Meeting.

Patricia also speaks at the September 12 afternoon panel, “Who’s in Control? Challenges and Solutions for Boards of Directors of Corporations with a Controlling Shareholder.”
