2023 Society for Corporate Governance: National Conference

From June 20-23, 2023, the Society for Corporate Governance hosts their national conference, “A Balanced Approach” in Salt Lake City. The conference will feature insights from corporate secretaries, general counsels, outside counsel and other governance professionals.

On Wednesday June 21, Morris Nichols partner Patricia Vella will speak on the panel, “Recent Delaware Law Happenings.” The panel will provide an overview of choice of forum, benefit corps, and officer exculpation.
