2023 LLC Institute

The American Bar Association hosts its annual LLC Institute from June 1 to 2, 2023. The annual conference brings together experts in the field of LLC, Partnerships and Unincorporated Law for programming developed by practice area experts from around the country and beyond.

Tarik Haskins will co-present the “Delaware Case Law Update” session. This panel will discuss recent LLC and partnership cases from Delaware on various topics of significance including:

• cases dealing with fiduciary duties
• the implied covenant
• dissolution
• application of the void and voidable doctrine
• cases illustrating issues arising in drafting operating agreements
