Todd Flubacher Appointed to Two ACTEC Leadership Roles
Morris Nichols is pleased to announce that Todd Flubacher was elected to the Board of Regents of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) during its annual meeting last weekend. He was also named Delaware State Chair of ACTEC.
ACTEC is a national nonprofit association of approximately 2,400 lawyers and law professors from across the United States and abroad. ACTEC Fellows are elected by their peers based on their professional reputation and expertise in areas including wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Todd is a partner in Morris Nichols’ Trusts & Estates group, where his practice focuses on the advantages of Delaware trust law. He serves as Delaware trust counsel to many of the state’s corporate trustees, advising on trust administration and fiduciary risk.
In addition to his new roles, Todd is an ACTEC Fellow, serves on the ACTEC Fiduciary Litigation Committee and Fiduciary Administration Committee, and is a member of the Board of the ACTEC Foundation.
