Matt Harvey Selected to American Bankruptcy Institute’s 40 Under 40 Program

The American Bankruptcy Institute today announced Morris Nichols partner Matt Harvey among honorees of its 2021 “40 Under 40” initiative, which identifies 40 top industry professionals under age 40. 

Matt has practiced in bankruptcy and restructuring for a decade. He focuses on chapter 11 business bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and reorganization.

The ABI steering committee received more than 200 nominations earlier this year, each with outstanding records of professional achievement and community leadership. Forty were selected to participate in an initiative designed by the ABI to engage the future leaders in the insolvency practice. The honorees will be recognized at an award ceremony in December 2021.
