FlexShopper, a lease-to-own firm offering appliances, electronics and other consumer products, entered chapter 11 to pursue a value-maximizing sale process, whereby ReadySett LLC acted as the stalking horse bidder and debtor-in-possession lender.

On February 11, 2026, the Court approved the sale of assets to ReadySett.  The all-asset sale successfully closed on March 3, 2026.

A Morris Nichols team comprising bankruptcy attorneys Robert J. Dehney Sr., Matthew O. Talmo, Sophie Rogers Churchill, and Luke Brzozowski and commercial transaction attorneys Tarik J. Haskins and Jacob Ryder represent FlexShopper.
