Morris Nichols Temporarily Implements Remote Working in Response to COVID-19

03.16.2020

As a measure of caution, Morris Nichols will temporarily implement remote working amid concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19, commonly known as the coronavirus.

The health and safety of our personnel, clients, and colleagues is our top priority. Morris Nichols has undertaken this step as a precautionary measure.

To prevent any significant disruption to client service, our attorneys and professionals are prepared to operate remotely in order to continue to provide the high level of service our clients expect.

The emerging situation continues to affect our community and the world in various ways. While we evaluate when to resume office-based working, we will keep the health and safety of our personnel, clients, visitors and the public at the front of our minds.

We send our appreciation and gratitude to health and government professionals working to address this crisis, and best wishes to those who have been impacted.
